Ruffled edge round copper and enamel bowl by Leon Statham. Cornflower blue interior with a copper or clear enameled base. The bowl is signed "Statham"  It's approximately 4.5" in diameter and 1.5" tall. There is some roughness along the interior edge but it's in very good condition otherwise.
