Measures about 3 inches by 2.5 inches, vintage and used so signs of wear and use.  Have not attempted to clean or polish.  I dont see any makers marks on back so I dont know age or country it was made in. It said on google they were used to decorate up horse harness and tack for parades back when. It is worn and dirty and has not been cleaned or polished sonhas tarnish.
