This patch is made with vinyl graphics. We custom screen print our matt finish colors to match our SolasX patches on 3M brand best quality 2 Mil 7 year outdoor graphics. These patches have a glow in the dark outline around the vinyl lettering. The velcro backed patch blank is reflective Solas3 that has been screen printed with our IR Magic Black. This is a military grade custom IR patch.

BLACK areas reflect brightly when viewed with infrared equipment. Glowing outline, may only last 30 Minuets after it is placed in darkness, this is typical for glow in the dark materials. Glow in the dark materials must be "charged", placed in the sun or under fluorescent lights (led lights may not work) for a period of time, for them to glow. The intensity of the glow is determined by how much the material has been "charged".
