There are a couple of small dark spots on the linen liner of the frame.

Outside dimensions are 13 1/8" x 15 1/8" x 1 3/8" deep.

Inside dimensions are approximately 7 1/2" x 9 1/2."

I cannot read the signature on the lower right corner.
