1992-2000 Lexus SC400 300 Front Bumper Bracket Brace Retainer TOP HOLD DOWN.  Very good clean condition for the age.  NO Rust damage or corrosion.   Must have to properly secure the top 10mm bolts holding down the Front Bumper Cover at the top.
