The clear crystal pedestal stem leads to a wide footed base that is beautifully detailed with frosted floral and leaf etchings. The underside features a smooth, polished pontil, indicating quality craftsmanship.

Based on the styling, technique, and lack of a molded mark, this piece is highly characteristic of mid-century Bohemian / Czech art glass or German lead crystal. Originally, it likely bore a foil or paper manufacturer label that has washed away over time.
