You may also use your own shipping account (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) — just email us your account number and the type of service. Items usually ship the same day payment clears, and we will combine shipping wherever possible. Local pickup is available by appointment.

For international shipments, any taxes, duties, or other fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments require a phone number and email address to assist with delivery.

Products cannot be returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returned products must be in the original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent.

There may be underlying problem(s) we are genuinely unaware of, and these are not covered. If you find that the item received is not as represented above, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Defective items will be replaced or repaired; a refund will be issued only if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.
