This is a string pull Mattel 1968 talking Ken doll the talking does not work it pulls and retracts really fast with no sound so the sound needs repaired I repeat it does not play sound it could be fixed I am sure but it’s beyond me , I bought this at an estate sale and originally thought it was GI JOE but it is a Ken doll from Barbie line but it is wearing the Orange flight action suit for the same era GI JOE and you see the tag inside in the photos , I decided to just sell it as I got it so what you see is what you get the doll does have that old musty smell that prob is freshened up easily but I have really sensitive allergies and also did not want to do anything to damage it so full disclosure it smells like a old book IYKYK ok beyond it not making the talking noises it’s in great shape for the age it’s kinda a hodgepodge with mixing two toy brands but that’s what you are buying here priced to sell fast
