For your consideration is a beautiful, early-production Breyer Western Horse (Mold #57) in the classic Palomino colorway. This specific model dates back to the very beginning of Breyer’s production (circa 1951–1953). 

Key Features for Collectors:

• No "U.S.A." Stamp: This is a "No Mark" model, indicating it was produced before the mold was updated with the U.S.A. stamp in the early 1960s.

• Authentic O-Link Reins: It retains the original, rare O-link style chain reins (circular links) which were only used for the first two years of production before Breyer switched to the twisted bracelet-link style. 

• Era-Correct Details: Features the molded-on gold bridle and grey-toned eyes typical of early glossy/semi-gloss Palominos.

Condition Report:

This horse has been loved over the decades and shows its age. There is significant paint wear/rubbing on the hindquarters and lower legs (please see photos). The plastic body is structurally sound with no cracks. Please note: The removable plastic saddle is missing. This is a fantastic "shelf-filler" for a vintage collector or a perfect candidate for a restoration project given its rare early parts.
