This gorgeous large doll has magnificent huge blue eyes (the one existing appears to be glass) with beautiful applied long flirty eyelashes & combined hand painted lashes. One eye has disappeared into her body cavity & can be heard inside. Easily retrievable by a doll collector, given the lrg sz joint openings. 

Both her bisque head & body remain in excellent condition throughout, including hands, fingers, feet, toes. Not one flake, hairline, nick or chip found anywhere, nor production defect, neither her face, head or fully jointed body.  Worth the effort to restore the eye given the most gorgeous face & expression on this sweet doll. She has an open mouth & teeth are present, with a dimpled chin & are expertly hand painted.  

The bisque ? hard body is fully jointed & easily poseable. Great heavy qlty stringing to the doll, moves freely to re-position. No loose joints, including head.

I've included closeup photos of the two incised marks located on back of head & those found midway along back side of the torso, which dates to 1981.

I inherited the doll; her history is unknown.  

She retains her original wig which I believe is a handmade human hair, also in great condition.  Her hand made frilly 4 row lace summer dress w/a 2 button back is an original creation & so very pretty; no loss or repair condition, as as well as her No. 2 side button creamy satin shoes that also display so nicely.
