This item is listed for parts or not working just because I won it in an auction and I don't have mean to test it. when I press the power on button, the lights come on and go. I am said because the batteries are discharged but I cannot  prove or confirm that. Open all the photos to see what it looks like. No other accessories. Just what you see in the photos.
