Well, after 40yrs in the business, I’m finally retiring. Although many of my fellow fabricators, producers & directors have said: “You’ll never retire. You love the stress too much”.

My work spans many film/tv styles: The Dark Knight, Mars Attacks, Jurassic World, Grimm, The Librarians, Green Room, Just Shoot Me!, CSI, Star Trek, and The Book of Eli.

For the first 3 Seasons of Grimm, including the pilot, I was their props fabricator. During this time, I fabricated nearly 760 items for the show. This included books, specialty knives & guns, an alien rifle, a sarcophagus, all the folding keys, the Heart Hex Box, skulls, all the scythes (including the rotating heads and the suitcase version) and a sh*tload more.  

With that said - time to unload some of my screen-used items from the shop. Some TV, some films, some music videos. This will take time, so I can only post as they come to me. So please be patient.

Here are 1 of 3 sets of Ice Picks used as a weapon by Kelly Burkhardt - Nick's mother aka The Woman in Black.

She kept this ice pick on her person at all times. Hidden in a pouch strapped to her left ankle. The blue vial is Grimm blood from a hundred years back. The ink in the vial is still vibrant. 

This set was used in Season 2. Comes with its matching stunt version which screws in to the stunt chestplate.
