• Porcelain Building Condition: Aside from the top balcony section, the hand-painted ceramic building itself is in great shape with no large chips, cracks. Minor guard repairs and bending throughout. It shows only minor, typical signs of dust from previous display.

• Noted Exterior Damage: There is cosmetic damage to the ornate rail guard on the very top balcony section, where a piece of the black scrolling trim has broken. Additionally, one of the wall-mounted plant hangers is missing from the structure.

• Accessories: Includes 2 hanging plants that attach to the balcony rails. The original "Jambalaya Cafe / Cajun Food" hanging sign is also included, brand new and still stapled inside its original factory plastic packaging.
