Condition & Lighting Notes (Please Read):

• Ceramic Structure: The building itself is in excellent used condition with no chips, cracks, or structural porcelain damage. It shows some minor, typical signs of dust from display.

• Front Exterior Light Fixture Flaws: The two small decorative streetlamp fixtures on the front facade have known defects. The right-side fixture does not light up. The left-side fixture does light up but has lifted slightly from its slot because the original factory glue has dried out over time.

• Interior Lighting: The main interior windows and the left-side exterior lamp still illuminate beautifully when powered. The main power light cord is fully functional and included.

• Packaging & Extras: Includes the original illustrated box sleeve, protective styrofoam, and booklets.

• Storage Odor: Please note there is a minor, faint basement odor on the item and packaging from long-term storage.

Despite the minor front lighting quirks, this remains a highly detailed, limited-run anchor building that adds incredible character to any festive downtown layout!
