**Please examine all photos carefully before bidding as they are part of the description. I also ask that you read the Description section, as any information that does not fit into the title will be there. All unabbreviated words & any extra information is in there. EBay only allows 80 characters in the title then charges a fee for any additional, so some words may be abbreviated, acronyms, initialized, or left out. If you dont understand the short form meaning in the title, you will find it extended in the description. If it is not, please message me & I will happily share its meaning.

I try to take a regular photo & a magnified photo(s) where needed. So colours may vary from photo to photo & the actual item. I've noticed recently that the lighting I'm using may be making items look lightly toned. I'm currently waiting for my brighter white light to arrive to fix this. If there were any toning, it will be mentioned in the title or description area, so please read the Item Description area. As stated above any additional information about the stamp(s) WILL be listed there. I try to give you the best look possible at the stamp(s)/coin(s), cover(s), etc. & the most information I can within reason. If you require more/different photos or have any questions or concerns about any items, please message me through eBay. I WILL get back to you within 24 hrs. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Shipping/Fees & Combined Shipping

I do combine shipping based on Canada Post shipping rates. When combining orders Canada Post allows up to 30g for the base rate. For an eg. you can combine 10-25 individual stamps & small sets & it would still be under the weight. This goes for Canada, U.S.A. & Overseas. If you have any questions whether you're close to the weight for a combined order please just ask. I have a postal scale & can weigh any order for you.

Most orders are shipped/combined in a dealer card &/or glassine envelope then taped to a stock insert to allow bending but as little movement as possible. This is to prevent damage & to save $$ on shipping. All orders (Auctions & BINs) will go out within 3 business days, unless there is an issue (weather, work, life). This is only because I work a lot of hours & sometimes it takes me a few days to get to the Post Office during business hours.

Stock pages & display cards are not included in the order unless otherwise stated to save on shipping.

**If you're buying a collection, all items are packaged carefully in glassine & then taped to a stock insert to allow bending & prevent damage.

**NOTE** If you're on mobile or going through the app & pay for your items without an invoice, or pay for multiple lots individually, you WILL be refunded the amount of postage overpaid. I do prefer to do a combined order as I only pay one promoted listing/transaction/final sale fee instead of multiple of each. But if you overpay the combined postage fee in any way, you will be refunded the amount overpaid. If I miss the refund, please message me. I'm human & when dealing with multiple orders, I can miss a refund. It's not intentional & I ask that you please bring it to my attention & I will issue the refund right away. Refunds will usually come a day or 2 after items are shipped as I go back through orders to issue shipping discount refunds.

Tracking

**If you want your purchase to include tracking (it will be at the buyer's expense), please message me before paying so I can invoice accordingly. Any orders over $100 MUST include tracking. Tracking rates are based on Canada Post rates.

Payment/Invoices

Contact should be made within 7 days of the 1st auction item's ending date IF it will take more than a week to make payment. I will allow as much time as needed to make a payment as long as you contact me. eBay only allows 30 days to pay for any particular item then they cancel it. I know sometimes life happens & that comes before stamps (in most cases.) So I will hold your order for as long as needed if I'm informed. I will ALWAYS work with you on payment & you CAN continue to bid on other items, just PLEASE message me. Even if it's going to be over the 30 days I have a workaround & I WILL work with you. If any item is left unpaid after 1 week & no contact has been made I will send a message to inquire if the order is still wanted. I will then wait 2 additional days & if there is no response I will cancel the order & relist. You CAN cancel your order anytime BEFORE the invoice is paid. Once its paid, its packaged and postage is affixed. If you cancel after payment is made, you will be charged the postage amount as a cancellation fee as that postage has been used already. I DO NOT report buyers for non-payment in the 1st week. If you allow an invoice to accumulate items past a week then wish to cancel you WILL be reported for non-payment & banned from the store. Keep in mind you can have limits placed on your account or even lose your account for this as this takes items off my inventory list that sit for multiple weeks & could have been sold to someone else. So please don't do this.

**Taxes, Additional Charges, & Import/Duty Fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Auctions

If you win multiple lots, please wait for my invoice after the auctions end before making payment. Invoices are usually issued the following morning. You can add items to that invoice for up to 30 days to take advantage of combined shipping as long as you message me in the 1st 7 days following the auction's end.

**Please Note**

Any given item will go through 3x 7 day cycles then the starting bid will be reduced. After 5 failed auctions they will either be listed as a (BIN) Buy It Now or start at Auction for a penny.

I'm allowed 250 "Auction" listings every 30 days. So if you notice some days there are no listings, either through the month or at the end of the month, this is to keep the amount at 250 total. On the 1st of the month auctions will always resume.

Buy It Now

Add items to your cart. Go to "My Cart". Click on "Request Combined Shipping." (You must be signed into eBay through a browser not the app to see the link.) Wait for your invoice to make a payment.

Offers

If you are interested in an item & want to make an offer please do so. I will entertain FAIR offers on most items.

**Please Note**

I have reinstated the "Make An Offer" on auction items. When making an offer, please DO NOT offer the minimum .99c as I will not accept. If you want to make an offer it must be above the auction start/current bid. If you want the item at the minimum start price please bid.

If you make an offer on multiple items & I accept the offers or vice versa, please wait for a combined shipping invoice before paying. I can invoice for offers accepted by either you or me with a combined shipping rate. If you receive an offer from me & it's too high for you, please send a counteroffer. EBay allows us 5 back-and-forths to come to an agreed-upon price. In most cases, if the offer is reasonable I will usually accept.

**PLEASE NOTE**

Recently I have encountered a problem with combining invoices on offers accepted by me. EBay has some sort of problem that's not allowing me send an invoice. It doesn't happen on all orders (twice in the last month out of quite a few.) If for some reason I cannot send an invoice you can 1. go to ebay through a browser (must be on a computer/laptop) NOT on mobile. Go to your "Cart" and there should be a clickable link "request combined invoice". Click it & I will see the items & be able to send a combined invoice. 2. You can contact eBay and they will help you get a combined invoice. Or 3. You can pay for the items individually with multiple shipping costs & I will refund the difference as soon as I see the order which is usually a couple hours at most. If all else fails please contact me & I will cancel the sales & create you a BIN for the items with one shipping cost & the items listed in the notes.

Listing Information

If you notice an error/issue with any listing, please message me so I am aware of it & I can properly correct it. I do not in any way deliberately misrepresent any item, list anything maliciously, or try to deceive any buyer. I use Colnect & Stamp Identifier for information on most stamps. Most times they don't have listings for Cinderellas/Poster Stamps or Local Issues in which case I will search eBay for similar items & use Google Lens to find what information I can & list accordingly. In that case, there may not be a # for the stamp but information that I did find.

I describe stamps to the best of my knowledge but am in no way an expert on authenticating stamps. If you find that an item was mislabeled, again, please message me right away. I will either end the listing & relist it with the new information, or end the item altogether. If you end up with an item that was improperly listed I will ALWAYS refund the order & you will NOT be charged for return postage.

Keep an eye out for new listings. Buy It Now items will be listed throughout the week and go live at 8:55pm whilst auctions start & end almost daily beginning at 9pm.
