Unit is essentially brand new, having been used once on one window and includes everything except the original packaging. We bought it to clean sloped greenhouse windows, however, this unit is not compatible with windows that are sloped to a 30-45 degree angle. As in the video attached which we took as a test on our large vertical window in the kitchen, it works great however it was not appropriate for the needs that we have.
