SHIPPING POLICIES

- International orders are fulfilled exclusively through eBay's International Shipping Program. Orders placed outside this program may be canceled.

RETURN & GUARANTEE POLICY

- General Return Guidelines
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition — complete, unmodified, and undamaged.
- Parts that have been disassembled, altered, or modified in any way will not be accepted for return.
- All parts carry our original identification marking. Returns will not be accepted on any item that does not bear this marking.
- All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Fitment Responsibility
- Buyers must confirm fitment before purchasing. Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect fitment, mismatched part numbers, or incompatibility. The buyer assumes full responsibility for all compatibility verification.
No Diagnostic Returns
- Parts may not be purchased for the purpose of diagnosing a vehicle issue with the intent to return if the problem is not resolved. Such returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs and the restocking fee are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
- Electrical parts, used items, custom orders, clearance items, and anything listed "as-is" are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item is confirmed defective.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the error is ours.
