Sound Devices MM-1 microphone pre amp with monitor input.  Runs on 2 AA batteries, provides 48 Volt Phantom power, 12 Volt Phantom Power, and T power to power virtually any microphone.  No corrosion in battery compartment, very clean unit with some minor cosmetic marks.  Works great, I just don't use it any more at all.
