Vintage hand-knotted Tasbih (Misbaha) prayer beads featuring 32 cream fluted oval beads plus 1 center bead for a traditional 33-bead configuration. Constructed with extensive hand-knotting, decorative metal spacer beads, screw barrel connector, and green tassel.

A Sacred Heart devotional medal is attached to the strand, creating an interesting devotional piece. The cream beads appear to be molded early plastic. The strand measures approximately 20 inches overall including the medal and tassel. Main beads measure approximately 15 mm long, center bead approximately 20 mm long, decorative metal beads approximately 16 mm in diameter, and tassel approximately 4 inches long.
