My brother in law, Bernie Boston, was head photographer at the Washington Star until it's demise in 1981. Bernie took the iconic 1960's photograph titled FLOWER POWER which was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 1967. Bernie covered most of the presidential conventions while at the Star and later with the LA TIMES in the DC bureau. He had a big collection of buttons most of which were presidential candidates but now and then there was one for a local candidate. In no particular order I'm selling these in lots of 8 for my sister. I have 7 or 8 lots listed and if you win more than 1 auction I will combine shipping. Flat shipping USA only, $5.00. If you so desire I will include a LOA with my connection to Bernie and his buttons.
