This is used. It has scratches and wear. There are 3 marbles missing from the hat; one is missing the wire mounting piece. This has some glue around one eye (visible from the inside); I am not sure what is missing. There are bends to the metal and paint loss here and there. Some of the fringe pieces may need shaped. No tea light is included.
