New, hand selected from the outlet seconds, Fiestaware Scarlet red 9" Luncheon Plate.  Since I purchase these from the outlet there might be small flea bites, sand bumps or paint skips from manufacturing.  I do my best to find the nicest ones.  No chips or cracks!!
