A beautifully crafted Coalport English bone china figurine depicting the timeless fairy tale heroine, Sleeping Beauty. Issued in the year 2000 as part of a small limited edition of just 2,000 pieces, this elegant piece was modelled by renowned designer Jack Glynn.

The figurine portrays a serene, reclined Sleeping Beauty resting gracefully upon a green chair, her posture relaxed and peaceful. She is adorned in a sweeping crimson gown, richly decorated with intricate gold detailing and delicately patterned sleeves that add depth and texture to the design. A fine gold crown rests upon her head, while her long hair cascades softly over the back of the chair, enhancing the sense of gentle stillness and enchantment.

Standing approximately 15cm tall, this piece showcases Coalport’s signature craftsmanship and attention to detail, from the finely painted features to the luxurious colour palette of deep reds, greens, and shimmering gold.

Made in England, the figurine is in great condition apart from a small blemish to the inside of the sleeve, please see last photo. Please note that it does not include the original box or certificate.
