There is a ding on base of neck, but no cracks. The bottle is 8 1/2” tall and aqua in color. It is well embossed JOHN GRAFF MILWAUKEE. The back is embossed THIS BOTTLE NOT TO BE SOLD. The bottle has a mug base and is heavy glass. The bottle does have haze and scratching. It has not been cleaned and is being sold as is as found.
