1973 ACCUTRON - 35mm GEM MINT SPOTLESS Stainless Steel Tuning Fork BEAUTY w/DAY-DATE - A1  -  This is a beautiful N3 1973 ACCUTRON by Bulova with a highly polished, gorgeous case and dial  -  this one hasn't had much use at all. The jeweler buffed it out and installed a fresh battery  -  it runs great. The battery is included out of the watch  - I prefer to take the battery out when a watch may sit a little while until sold. The 35mm case is wide, heavy, thick and curved on the sides - a typical 1970s form,The dial is virtually spotless silver with gold Roman Numerals, hands with sweep second hand and gold surround on the Day-Date window. I handle a great number of watches and this vintage Accutron is as nice as any example I have ever had - the preserved condition after 53 years is wonderful. The crown at 4:00 is signed original, the back has no personalizations and is signed both N3 for 1973 and F509227.
