Please see the exact card shown in the image.
Extremely rare SP from the 1999 Fleer Brilliants set. Cards were not serial #d, but they were quite scarce.
The Pulsar parallels have the holographic refractor coating on the front and back.
This card does not have a # printed on the back. It is #11 in the set, but because it is an original Printers proof from pre-production, the # was not printed on the back for this set of proofs. These are very scarce. Even the non Pulsars proofs are very seldom seen. Maybee just a few proof prints were made.
This card is Centered well, sharp corners, and clean edges, but the surface does show some scratches. Seeing how the rest of the card is in great condition, it leads me to believe it's probably due to it being a printing proof. The proof sheets were frequently moved around for inspection before the cards were cut. If it were graded, the surface would be the main issue preventing it from getting a high grade unless its a known production issue with the entire set. I know ALL the proofs i have seen do have surface scratches.
Thank you!
