I am pleased to be offering this miniature knife sharpener in a leather sheath. It may possibly have been a salesman sample or premium of some sort. It marked SHEFFIELD on the hone. The sharpener alone measures 3 5/8 inches long (9.3 cm). The condition is great with minimum wear to the sheath.
