Hurst 8327 (or possibly 8325) 4 speed shifter.

Oem body (does not have adjustable stops like aftermarket) and was used on a wide range of GM / Pontiac applications. Everything works and moves so a clean up and install would work - or get a rebuild kit and make it new. Super easy job.

The Shifter handle is 6836 and is really nice with good threads - 11.16-in Tall - 4.12-in Setback
