USA: A Brilliant page of Rare classics. 1851 - 1894. Most Mint. Read Desc.
I think 6/7 are unused.
1. 2 1851 Franklins (1 maybe...just maybe (to the right) very light pen cancel...or maybe its a mint - not sure - but looks like a mint - could also be gum markings or some other mark that fell on the stamp. Very nice stamps though - very high cat value.).
2. One 1856 Jefferson - a solid stamp with margins. Red cancel. Very nice. Expensive stamp.
3. One Pony Express unused with grill. VERY GOOD centering.
4. One Perry (I think this is unused - I could not see a cancellation mark. $1. Greenish Black in unused condition is an expensive stamp.)
5 One 1861 Rose Pink in unused condition - very high catalogue value.
6 One 1870 Daniel Webster 15c. Orange in unused condition. Very High CV.
7 One 1857 Washington 12c. Black in unused condition ... (I could not see any cancellation marks...) Clear photos provided.
CV : I don't know but depending on the first Frankin in unused condition and taking the 2nd Franklin into account is at the least: $34,500....I am not too sure - because the 1st Franklin can be Scott #5a (unused without gum is $28,000 - $35,000) or some other Scott #. If it is the scarcer Scott#5 - Type I - then it ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 +++ . I am not too sure. I am no expert - I can't tell! Nevertheless, whatever type it is there are some very high value stamps in there.
