Amazing Spider-Man issue #12 from 1964, graded CGC 6.5 with off white to white pages. 

This mid-grade copy is from my personal collection, and I've owned it for many years but it's time for someone else to enjoy it. 

Couple of the reasons I chose it years ago was the bold colors & near perfect centering which to me makes it a very desirable & collectable copy for this grade. 

Written by Stan Lee and artwork by Steve Ditko, this silver age comic book is a collectible item for fans of Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus, published during the glorious Marvel Age of Comics.

The slab is a second generation, and the book appears to not have been pressed or cleaned but not guaranteed. 

Please look over the pictures carefully and ask any questions prior to committing to purchase. 

The top label has a "dog ear" as shown in the 3rd picture and I do see some very light scratches on the slab but hardly noticeable unless you are specifically looking for them.
