An antique / early 20th century silver-plated spring-loaded candlestick by Civic, marked to the underside “CIVIC REGD Electro Plate 5267 Made in England”.

Unusual self-feeding design with removable candle tube and internal spring, set on a circular base with attractive Art Nouveau style raised decoration.

Approx. Height: 16cm

Condition is antique used condition, with tarnish, plating wear, surface marks, scratches and age-related wear as shown. The spring is present. There is some candle residue still in place with wick. The item has not been tested with a candle but appears to be complete and in good condition.

A very attractive and unusual Art Nouveau piece.
