This specific button was part of the exclusive attendee gift packets curated by the Ramones' legendary artistic director Arturo Vega, alongside Joey’s brother Mickey Leigh and mother Charlotte Lesher. These were distributed just one month after Joey’s passing to celebrate what would have been his 50th birthday.
