2.  If your item is damaged or inaccurate, please let us know before returning the package, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Before we provide the return authorization, a video or picture must be taken to demonstrate the item's condition.

3. If an item needs to be replaced, the buyer must return the original item and pay for shipping for the replacement;  If the item have been used more than 30 days the customer need to return back the item to China must use the standard shipping method and declare the value. We will replace defective items, or offer a discount to purchase a new one from us, or provide free repair/test service, within the warranty period, we not offer the free replacement after the item have been installed.
