Vintage pair of accessory automobile lamps from the 1950's.  The manufacturer is unknown.  The chrome is just starting to show some pitting (see photos).  Only one of the 6V bulbs is good.  They measure approx. 5-1/4" tall and 3-1/4" diameter.
