Install the supplied strainer on the tank side of the pump to protect internal components from debris.
The pump uses tapered threads and should be fitted using compatible Shurflo-style fittings.
Do not use thread tape on pump fittings as this may affect sealing and warranty coverage.
For best performance, mount the pump as close to the water source as practical.
