Here we have a vintage G I Joe 3 3/4" Cobra Officer figure from 1982. He was one of the original Joes released that year. He displays nicely and has pretty tight joints and a new O ring - his chest insignia is a repro decal. His left thumb and crotch tip has been nicely restored and his weapon is a painted accessory pack item from the era.- please take this into consideration. He looks and displays nicely.
