The Fluke 1653B is a professional multifunction installation tester designed to verify the safety of electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial applications. It builds upon the rugged 1650 Series platform with enhanced functionality including a dual display for simultaneous PEFC/PSC and loop impedance measurement, a high current loop test mode, extended memory with PC download capability via FlukeView Forms or Fluke DMS software, and earth resistance testing. Rated to CAT IV 300 V / CAT III 500 V, it meets the requirements of IEC 60364, HD 384, EN 61557, and BS 7671.
