it's been tested to 50 GHz and with the combination of the mainframes ultra low jitter and improved stability over the A And B models ....and with the 10 times lower jitter of these newer white faces type plugins ....the result is ultra low jitter and much higher frequency capability than they're rated for!

With the B model it's much newer than the A and comes with higher stability and lower jitter so you can't lose and you do get what you pay for with these newer models. We put a few of our seemingly defective channel plugins in this newer mainframe and all the defects vanished! The signals went from wonky,unstable phase, and distorted to ultra stable , symmetrical and phase stable! We were very impressed!
Plus we add 092 equivalent( and upgrade it to a new ssd! HDD!

Also upgraded the hdd with a flash drive ssd and we keep the original as a backup inside the mainframe so if you have problems 10 yrs down the road simply swap it to the original .

This mainframe has opt 001 which extends the trigger sampling range much higher ! And it makes not only the front panel trigger high frequency compatible but also every trigger on the modules! Its a must have!
You can still get up high with good results with the standard trigger, you just have less options and the waveform will be slightly widened and less stable as with a higher frequency trigger.
Also we have the 20 ghz optical/electrical equivalent modules if you are on a budget .
For cheaper of course and also pure dual channel electrical modules in 20 ghz format as well guaranteed good to 30ghz. Electrical tested to 50 GHz.
You can put whichever agilent type optical connector you like on. They just screw right on!
Also we will have the frequency calibrated upon purchase. Theres an adjustment on the bottom and an internal cal that we do on all of them standard!!
