As per ebay's new policy ... if Buyer pays all the / multiple postage  & Seller send all the purchased items in one parcel... BUYER will be refunded rest POSTAGE, he paid for multiple purchases, within 30/40 days maximum time frame. { It could be less }. 

So, Buyer does not has to worry , he will get all the excess postage he paid, withing maximum 30/40 days.
