This is the most complete Norelco i have seen , looks like it has everything that goes with it , the mic , the power cord , the case the schematic , and both manuals , it looks like no one ever put battery's in it , it does power on and hums when you try to play tape just does not turn the tape , pretty sure needs a new belt and it would be complete.
Selling as parts or repair only because i can only assume what is wrong with it and it does not work 100% as it doesnt play a tape so i cannot confirm that is the only issues.
