Shipping:

• Items are shipped through USPS.

• Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received.

• Due to some circumstances, delays are possible. I will contact the buyer if it's going to take extra time.

• Once an item(s) has been placed in carrier possession, your order is no longer in my hands.

• Shipping is paid by the buyer.

Returns:

• Most items are sold with a 30-day return period.*

• Please send the item(s) back the same way as received.

• I do take precautions to make sure items are listed as accurately as possible.

• If you change your mind, item(s) are incorrect, receive a broken item, I can accept returns, or offer a partial refund.* Message me asap!

• If you have any questions or concerns about an order / item(s), please contact me before opening a claim or leaving negative feedback.

• Returns are paid for by buyer.

International Shipping:

• International shipping is not available.

• I only ship to the 48 unless international shipping is available.

• Computer: If you are using a computer find your purchase history located at the top right of the screen, find the order you placed, then navigate down to "More actions", and select "Contact seller".

• Mobile Device: If you are using a mobile device, navigate to the top left of your screen. Click the 3 stacked bars. Scroll down to "Purchases." Locate your purchase, click on it, then scroll down to "Contact seller."

• I try to answer all messages within 48 hours, but some get marked as spam. If you don't receive a reply, please resend your message.

• Business days are considered Mon-Fri.
