This is a medal commemorating the inauguration of the Government Palace building of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, on October 12, 1908.
It is made of solid silver and is of considerable size.
The case is original, although somewhat damaged.
The word "PLATA" (silver) is inscribed on the edge.
