* We allow a 3-day window to combine purchases into one invoice. Any items won after this period will require a separate invoice.

* Payments can be made through eBay only.

Shipping

* Shipping rates are calculated using eBay?s shipping calculator, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

* Rates are displayed as Canada Post at checkout (used for cost calculation). Orders may ship with UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post using an equivalent or faster service.

* All shipments include tracking through UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.

* Shipping options cannot be substituted or changed.

* Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sundays and Canadian statutory holidays).

* Orders over $300 USD require a signature upon delivery. This requirement cannot be waived or changed.

* Items marked ?Local Pickup Only? cannot be shipped.

* International orders are fulfilled through eBay International Shipping for eligible destinations. Please see the International Shipping section below for details.

* We do not accept prepaid labels or work with third-party carriers.

Combined Shipping Requirements

Combined shipping is available for up to 7 items per invoice.

Eligible items must:

* Ship from the same location;

* Be purchased within 3 calendar days of each other;

* Remain unpaid at the time of the request.

Restrictions

Some items cannot be combined due to size, fragility, or cost, including but not limited to:

* Receivers;

* Turntables;

* Guitars;

* Artwork;

* Other oversized or delicate items.

Items in the following categories cannot be combined with other categories and will be invoiced separately:

* Jewellery & Watches;

* Coins & Paper Money.

We reserve the right to decline combined shipping if doing so would risk damage to the items or be uneconomical.

For safety reasons, combined orders may ship in multiple boxes, although the combined shipping rate will still apply.

Additional items cannot be added to an invoice once payment has been completed.

Please note that once a combined shipping invoice has been issued, no further items can be added to that invoice, even if it remains unpaid. Any additional purchases will require a separate invoice.

How Is Combined Shipping Calculated?

We ship a wide variety of items in different sizes, weights, and fragile categories, so shipping costs can vary significantly.

Combined shipping charges are calculated as follows:

* The shipping cost of the most expensive item serves as the base rate.

* An additional charge is applied for each extra item based on its size and weight.

International Shipping

We participate in eBay International Shipping for buyers in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Orders are first shipped to eBay?s Canadian International Hub in Mississauga, Ontario, after which eBay manages:

* Customs processing;

* Import duty collection;

* International transportation;

* Final delivery to the buyer.

Buyers may be prompted to pay import duties and taxes at checkout to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.

Some items are not eligible for eBay International Shipping, including restricted, regulated, or hazardous materials.

Eligible items are automatically enrolled in eBay International Shipping and will display international shipping options as determined by eBay.

All items ship from Canada.

U.S. orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
