This is a dark green hard plastic base with a twisted brass Pole attached to a green plastic plug that inserts into the base. There is a red and green tassel attached to the loop at the top of the twisted brass pole
Stand / Base Only. No Ornaments.
In the right hands, I am sure this Base could be used for other crafty projects.
