Beautiful vintage Japanese small cabinet box made using the marquetry technique Yosegi Zaiku, a traditional Japanese parquetry technique that creates geometric patterns from different wood varieties.
The tambour cabinet doors open to reveal smaller drawers that show hand painted scenic pictures of Japan including Mount Fuji. There are areas of damage to the sides as shown a mark and scratch to the top and some marks to underneath so please see all photos to ensure you’re happy with the condition prior to bidding
