* One of the card's corners has peeling.
* There is a stain near the center edge on the front of the card.
* The front has numerous cuts and scratches across the surface, including a deeper cut near the bottom. The back also has many fine surface scratches throughout.
* There are creases and crease marks near the center and the edge of the center area on the front, as well as a crease on the lower back.
