This is a replacement eye glasses for the 34 inch Mr & Mrs Santa Claus from Empire.
This is a 3d printed design created and printed by our family. The blow mold is shown for reference only.
We size as accurately as possible to the original part with pin type push thru parts making several sets until we are happy with the results, but your blow mold holes may be slightly smaller or larger due to difference in wear. You may need to add a small amount of glue to hold in place or you can sand part or drill a tiny bit of the hole to make fit if too tight (do not force as we can’t damage our vintage blow molds).
To make these print better as there was not a flat part they are a 3 piece system that snaps together. They are made tight, but if a side piece comes out they can easily be put back together or glued. These are quite small and delicate because of the design and should be handled and inserted carefully.
