Demeter Greek goddess of the Harvest

Everything is non removable and she has had a repaint done to her face and her hair has been redone and restyled with an adhesive.

Does not come with shoes or box.

She is an articulated doll so I will include a stand for her free of cost.

Her Story:

Long before the first seed was pressed into dark soil, long before the fields turned gold and heavy with grain — the earth listened for Demeter's footsteps.

She is the reason anything grows at all.

Adorned in gown of shimmering sequin she carries the wealth of the earth on her body — gold  at her throat, pearls upon her crown. Her magnificent headdress rises like an altar, gilded and glorious,  jewels and flowers pressed into gold — because to Demeter, all things that come from the earth are sacred.

Her braid falls long and unhurried, the color of ripened wheat at the end of summer. She is in no rush. The seasons answer to her — not the other way around.

When her daughter was taken, the world went cold and nothing grew. And every spring since, when the flowers push back through the frost —

that is Demeter, exhaling again.
