How to Use the Countdown Timer Clear the screen: Press the RESET / MEMORY button to clear any previous time and return the display to 00:00.

Set the time: Press the H (Hours), M (Minutes), and S (Seconds) touch buttons until your desired time is reached. Hold down a button to quickly advance the numbers.

Start / Pause: Tap the START / STOP button once to begin counting down. Press it again at any point if you need to pause the timer.

Silence the alarm: When the timer hits zero, tap any button to silence the beeping. Tap RESET / MEMORY to pull up your previously programmed time automatically.

How to Use the Count-Up (Stopwatch) Timer Ensure the timer is cleared and displays 00:00.

Press the START / STOP button to begin tracking time upward. Press START / STOP to pause the count, or tap RESET / MEMORY to zero out the display.

Adjusting Volume and Sound Volume Control: Tap the VOL button on the far left to cycle through the four available volume steps (Mute, Low, Medium, High).

Sound Tone: Tap the SOUND button to cycle through six different alarm sounds and melodies.
