Around 2002 we started to take ?Proof Photos? to give customers additional peace of mind. EXACT PROOF means the proof photo matches the actual item you are buying. Twenty years later, we still think its the best way to prove authenticity.

With PROOF, it means that item you?re buying may not match the proof photo, but it was obtained at the same event/trip that the proof photo was taken. In order to maintain copyright and avoid fraud with photo manipulation, I do NOT email proof photos.

Shipping information
We use premium packaging materials and package items professionally to ensure safe delivery. All items are shipped with tracking, and more expensive items requiring signature confirmation. If an item is damaged during transit, feel free to contact us to start a claim. Be sure to take lots of photos of the exterior package, the interior contents that were damaged, etc. You may have to complete an affidavit, and the item must be returned in order to receive a refund.

Customers in USA
Standard shipping takes about 4-6 business days. Items are physically located in Canada, but we use  a company that drives packages down to the USA so that we can use USPS as our carrier.

Customers in Canada
Standard shipping is 2-7 business days. Items are physically located in Canada, so buy with confidence knowing you won?t have to pay import taxes/duties!

Customers in UK / Germany / France / Europe
Standard shipping takes 15-22 business days. Items travel from Canada to the USA with Asendia, where they are bundled up and shipped to the destination country. Items then clear customs before delivery to you.

Customers in Australia / New Zealand
Standard shipping takes 15-22 business days. Items travel from Canada to the USA with Asendia, where they are bundled up and shipped to the destination country. Items then clear customs before delivery to you.

Customers in Brazil / Mexico / Russia

I will only ship items using DHL, UPS or FedEx. Transit times for standard shipping take too long, and there are lots of missed tracking scans. Please contact me before purchasing.

We have accounts at all the shipping courier companies like UPS, DHL and FedEx and do not up-charge for these services. Within Canada / USA we can ship overnight or 2-day service.
